Description

Join us for an educational yet entertaining evening as we bring together leaders in their respective fields to talk about happiness: what do we mean by it, what constitutes happiness and how can we improve on it?

The discussion will take a holistic view of happiness and consider factors such as diet, sleep, stress as well as our interior environment.

Let's meet the panel:

Neil Shah - the founder and Director of the Stress Management Society

He regularly appears on TV and radio interviews and is the BBC’s featured expert on stress appearing on BBC Breakfast, BBC Five Live and others.

Neil’s latest book ‘The Art and Science of Happiness’ is to be released later this year.

Kate Cook - has been leading the wellness revolution for several years; she is a Harley Street nutritionist, international speaker and seven times author.

Her nutritionist training informs her philosophy that factors beyond diet, such as mental attitude, happiness, fitness, time management and sleep are necessary to the holistic mix that creates a healthy, happy workforce.

Cook consults with leading corporations, including The Bank of England, Skanska and ConocoPhilips, on workplace well-being through nutrition, advising on in-house dining services etc.

Ben Channon – is an Architect specialised in the field of well-being in the architectural community

Ben has just founded the Architect’s Well-being Forum. His first book, ‘Happy by Design’ was published in 2018.
